This is a super easy recipe to whip up. Hummus is high in protein (chickpeas), contains healthy fats (olive and grape seed oil). Hummus is great to have with chopped up fresh veggies or on your fave bread or crackers. This recipe is vegetarian and vegan.
Make time: 5 mins
1 can of chickpeas (any variety)
30 ml of olive oil
10 ml of grape seed oil
Decent pinch of salt
3 small garlic cloves
1 tsp of cumin
Big squeeze of a lemon or alternatively a cap full of vinegar
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend in till smooth.
2. Place in your fave bowl or serve as you would like
